Avocado Baked Eggs

Baked Eggs in avocado might be the most simple, fast and nutritious breakfast. I've got two toppings to share with you, but the options are endless.

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs

1 Large avocado

2 Pieces Bacon chopped and friend

1 Tablespoon Tomato diced

2 Pieces Basil chopped

Salt and Pepper to tase

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop 2 slices of bacon and fry until crsipy. Cool on a paper towel.

Slice avocado in half and with a spoon gently scoop out some of the avocado meat to create a larger hole.

Slice a very small flat piece off of the bottom of each side of avocado. This is so they will rest flat on your baking sheet.

Crack egg one at a time into a small bowl. With a spoon gently lift yolk and place in avocado half hole. Add additional eff white if it will fit.

Sprinle with bacon,tomatoes, and basil.
